Jaime's house (currently in construction)
This is a single-family project in a small town near to Cuenca (Spain). I was in charge of the architectural ideation, project definition and approval, and building direction and coordination. The project started to be built in June 2022 and it is planned to be finished during summer 2023.
The main focus of the house are the garden, the interior patio and the open living. Around these 3 spaces, the rest of the volumes articulate, integrating an existing building (garage) and adjusting to the needs of the customer.
